Unzip and copy over SDRMAXV.exe in the SDRMAX installation folder.  This is for those who like to try out new features before the official installer is released.

WINRAD EXT_IO DLL For QS1R

Notes: 

- Uses the latest libusb-win32 driver from the SDRMAXIV Beta.  Make sure you install the libusb driver. No longer uses the WinUSB driver.
- Unzip the files in the Winrad installation folder.
- Tested with HDSDR version 1.0 (formally WinradHD)
- USB I/Q Mute on pin 8 of MiniDIN connector (ground to mute). QS1R signal GPIO0.
